Hey guys I thought I would share the program Ive been doing for the last 3 months and see what you all think of it. I personaly love it and havent seen strength gains like this since I started working out.
-Mon.
Clean and Press 3x3
Bent Rows 3x3
Romanian deads 3x3
-Wed.
Incline Bench 3x3
Weighted Pull Ups 3x3
Dead lift 3x3
-Fri.
Squat 3x3
Seated Military Press 3x3
Weighted Dips 3x3
I lift at 90-95% for each lift with 3 minute rests in between sets. I am also doing Hign intensity cardio 3 times a week I.E. Sprints and running stairs.
I have never loved a routine so much. Im in and out of the gym in 30 minutes and am stronger and leaner than ever. Im thinking of switching to a 5x5 for a little with the same lifts to change it up for a while.
