SITAT KOMMER: Fat burning gels are mostly all crap. This goes for Cutting Gel, Ripping Gel, aminophylline gels. Definitely stay away from gels containing Usnic Acid as that is a potent metabolic uncoupler (forces hydrogen ions between the membrane of the mitochondria thus producing heat. Very similiar to DNP--dinitrophenol). What you could try is a topical solution of Yohimbine HCL such as Lipoderm-Y or Lipoburn. I've used them and they do decrease the fat in the pectoral region and also in the gut (basically anywhere there are higher consentrations of Alpha 2 receptors). Basically Yohimbine will allow the fat in those areas to be released and metabolized. It's not a miracle product, and usually has more of a pronounced affect if you are leaner as opposed to a heavy person. If you want you could also apply a product called Thiomucase which will help remove water from those areas via a dieuretic effect. You could achieve the same results by applying Preparation-H (a common trick amongst models and fitness competitors to achieve a tight look in the applied area). If your thinking of using these produts with the hope of reducing gyno, then don't bother. It will not shrink gyno lumps. It will help reduce some fat, or remove water. That's it. The only topical I've heard of working on gyno is Andractim (DHT gel).
