Eneste aminosyren jeg vet som degraderes raskt et l-glutamin. BCAA skal kunne holde seg i årevis så lenge du ikke lagrer dem med noe sukker.

Abstract
Similar results were obtained with 11 individual amino acids [lysine (I), histidine (II), methionine (III), phenylalanine (IV), tryptophan (V), arginine (VI), glycine, threonine, valine (VII), leucine, isoleucine] as with mixts. of these. The reactions of individual amino acids with O, Na pyrosulfite and O, and sorbitol (VIII) or with the reducing impurities contained in VIII are significant. After storage of VIII-free mixts. sterilized at 120 and satd. with N, and kept 1.5 years at 20, all remained stable, whereas when stored in the presence of I, after 1-1.5 years at 20, there were losses of 11% for V and of 6-8.5% for I, II, III, IV, V, VI, and VII. Addn. of small amts. of Na pyrosulfite (NaS2O5) increased the stability of VIII-contg. solns. when sufficiently satd. with N. After storage for 1.5 years in Jena glass infusion bottles, solns. were regarded as stable when there were losses of <10% of active substance. Similar changes were found in mixts. as in individual amino acids. There was no evidence of any interactions between amino acids. Storage of mixts. for 1.5 years resulted in losses of .apprx. 10% for I, II, III, and V and of .apprx.5% for the others. With solns. incompletely treated with N or sterilized for longer periods, impurities deriving from V could be detd. chromatographically. Only under optimum N satn. (possible only by intense gassing during prepn. of soln. and by use of specially airtight equipment) can the discoloration and amino acid losses seen in NaS2O5-contg. solns. be reduced to a min. With sufficient inert gas treatment of solns. and purest qualities of VIII having least impurities in reducing sugars, strong discoloration of amino acid infusion solns. can largely be avoided

Nei det skal sikkert gå greit. Mange av produsentene anbefaler jo at du blander den ut litt i forvei slik at skummen som ofte kommer av BCAA forsvinner.
nå har jeg blandet min med malto da. og glemte å ta den med på gymmet. kan jeg drikke den på lørdag?
Skal dere på skogstur, eller noe?
Jeg hadde en gjeng med venner når jeg var 20 år, som jeg pleide å henge med. De forhindret veksten min.
BCAA er hydrofobisk så om den lagres kaldt bør den kunne stå i flere uker.
Kan glatt stå i vann i romtemperatur fire fem timer..
